Hello Beautiful Souls,
In this episode, the host, Teresa Reese will be celebrating her 52nd Birthday by exploring what it means to move beyond awareness and into embodied wisdom.
Through scripture, reflection, and poetry, this conversation centers on discernment - how to recognize the difference between familiarity and safety, learning and integration, and love versus endurance.
Teresa will begin with a gentle somatic grounding exercise to help you to settle into your body and listen form a regulated, safe place. From there, she will reflect on Isaiah 53 and 2 Timothy 3:6-7, unpacking how truth can be misunderstood - and how continual learning without application can keep us stuck in cycles that no longer serve us.
Teresa will also share a deeply personal poem from her new published book, "Stone Cold Therapy," which is entitled "Safe in His Arms", which offers an honest reflection on healing, boundaries, accountability, and choosing peace over patterns.
This episode is a must to listen to.
It is not about blame or shame, it is about clarity, responsibility, and choosing wisdom without apology.
You will be invited to:
-ground your body before receiving truth
-reflect inwardly through a guided journal prompt
-affirm boundaries rooted in self-trust and safety
As always, take what serves you, leave what does not, and honor your own pace.
We hope this episode encourages many.
Be encouraged.
