For a lot of people, 2020 was a year full of setbacks.
Some were supposed to graduate, some were planning trips, some where planning on getting their dream job, and everyone felt the halt when the pandemic hit. Everyone plans were set aside, and now we were met with setbacks and confusion. While its easy to preach optimism, and that it'll get better, we all know that in the middle of a hard period, these words don't help.
In this episode, hear how we deal when life throws random shit at you. We talk about how our own ways of grieving, how to be there for someone who is struggling, and the age old question of do we ever get better at dealing with setbacks?
