From Event 201, to Crimson Contagion, to Lock Step, & the SPARS Pandemic documents, the “elite” use think tanks, war games and simulations to strategize and plan how future catastrophic events will be orchestrated. In turn, the needle is moved further in the direction of their overall agenda for world domination and complete control, & the majority of the population still thinks they are generous philanthropists looking out for humanity as a whole.
