Formerly playing for the Cincinnati Reds and the Los Angeles Angels, and now a free agent Mike gives us insight on how important having a growth mindset and finding a process and trusting that process is so important. In this episode, we're going to talk about what it's like dealing with the pressures of the league, fans and social media, handling each situation with grace and how knowing, through faith, everything is going to be ok.
