After a series of podcasts in recent months, the new London-based imprint Ebbs & Flows presents its inaugural release: Owl’s Spectral Shadows. The record feels like an artist and a label meeting on the same wavelength, both drawn to subtle tension and to spaces where rhythm holds its breath. Owl has always had a way of turning minimal means into emotional weight, and this release extends that curiosity into something more cinematic, but never indulgent. Our premiere, “Infinite Dusk,” is the shadow at the edge of that world. It moves with the patience of fog drifting through an empty dockyard - rhythm suspended in its own breath, melody folded into vapor. The halftime pulse anchors an atmosphere thick with suggestion: faint strings flicker like reflections on water, while metallic cries echo in the distance. It’s a track that lives in the moment before something happens, and lingers there just long enough to make you feel it might. Infinite Dusk and the rest of the Spectral Shadows EP are coming out on November 27. https://soundcloud.com/owlfromdeepspace https://soundcloud.com/ebbsandflows https://www.instagram.com/pete_owl https://www.instagram.com/_ebbs_flows Write up by @gilleswasserman Follow us on social media: https://soundcloud.com/itsdelayed https://linktr.ee/delayed https://www.delayed.nyc https://www.facebook.com/itsdelayed https://www.instagram.com/_____delayed https://www.youtube.com/@_____delayed Contact us: info@delayed.nyc

Delayed with... Yuddy Ash
Kyoto-based DJ and producer Yuddy Ash has been steadily finding his voice over the past few years. Following a series of online appearances and a collaboration with silkscreen. on GIFKIKKER, he now joins the Delayed with series with a mix that favors movement through restraint, using rhythm as a thread rather than a tool of impact. Across sixty-one minutes, it unfolds with a steady pulse, subtle shifts, and a lightness in tone. It’s a late-night listen that moves from deep low-end flow to airy percussion. The transitions are soft, almost invisible, yet the direction remains clear, a quiet reminder that less can still move plenty. https://soundcloud.com/yuddyash https://www.instagram.com/yuddyash/ Write up by @gilleswasserman Follow us on social media: https://soundcloud.com/itsdelayed https://linktr.ee/delayed https://www.delayed.nyc https://www.facebook.com/itsdelayed https://www.instagram.com/_____delayed https://www.youtube.com/@_____delayed Contact us: info@delayed.nyc
