The four types of employees are

1. The cynic- They tend to work against leadership and drag the team down.

2. The contributor- They are there to to a job. They are not necessarily bought into leadership's vision.

3. The committed- They are bought into leadership's vision. They are a team player and reliable employees.

4. The champions- They go above and beyond their job description. They are leaders in the practice and champion the vision, the culture, and the brand. They go the extra mile and promote the practice every chance they get.
