Cinintya Putri adalah Senior UX Researcher di Bukalapak (saat video ini dibuat). Cinintya (Tya) memulai karir UX research-nya di Bukalapak tahun 2016, setelah kuliah Applied Cognitive Psychology di Leiden University, Belanda. S1-nya adalah Psikologi di Universitas Indonesia.

Kali ini kita akan belajar beberapa hal, antara lain UX research sebagai alternatif karir bagi para fresh graduate, apa yang harus dipelajari di kuliah untuk menjadi UX research, bagaimana "closing the gap"-nya ketika bekerja, sampai proses UX research yang lebih detil di perusahaan startup digital seperti Bukalapak.
