
In this amazing interview, I spoke with Rachael Hudson, who is a hypnotherapist, master practitioner and Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) running a successful London hypnotherapy practice since 2010, and has been involved in stress management since 2000. In this episode, we focused on the power of our mind and how our thoughts can be so important in our state of mind, causing us either pain or pleasure. She told us about how what we focus on can change our perspective of our lives, and taught us ways we can regain focus and calm our mind when we are feeling overwhelmed by situations that take us out of our center. Breathing exercises and bringing consciousness into the mundane daily activities can really clear our mental fog and give us the clarity and peace we seek, we just need to practice.
