
π In this interview, I speak with Laura Gorriz Lopez, a meditation coach from Spain who lived a very stressful, corporate life where she had a lot of economic and professional success but was getting burned out by the stress of her work. She learned that the best way to enjoy life was by taking things much slower and enjoying the little things that life gives you. She learned this through meditation, of which she has had more than a thousand hours of in silent retreats, plus her personal practices. Now she helps other people with similar lifestyles to manage their stressful way of living through Vipassana meditation, which focuses on being aware of sensations on your body.
