After securing the clown - Detective Brian Lofton - the Devil's Unit is en route back to their home sanctuary known as Manhattan where their boss, who also has a history with Brian, intends to brief him on what's going on and retrieve the highly valuable knowledge that Brian possesses about the evil Tickles the Clown.
