Cycle Syncing Foods? Hormonal Health Tips

Peace Family,

I generally opt for grass-fed beef, organic meats, organic\pasteurized eggs and all but know that there's no need to be dogmatic about it. Consuming more bioavailable foods WHILE listening to how your body responds, is vital if you choose to cycle sync!

I generally eat the same foods during my entire cycle although I consume more beef during the luteal phase to support my iron levels. Eating a high protein and simplistic diet has supported my hormones over the past year in great deal.

In this episode I shared about the benefits of beef, eggs, butter, raw milk and chicken. I hope this episode helps support you on your own personal journey!
