Swati is a qualified Public HEALTH EXPERT. She is an Author, FIT India Ambassador, Accredited Practicing Dietitian, TedX Speaker, Accredited Sports Dietitian, Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator. Swati is an Australian Indian, currently residing in India. Swati Bathwal ( @swati_bathwal) built her professional qualifications while skillfully managing her business of providing tailored nutrition coaching and sustainable life-changing services to her clients. Swati is the only Dietitian in the country who has volunteered at the President Estate clinic in President House India. She is a weekly columnist at Her Zindagi, Only my Health, NDTV, International Business Times, Turn slow and Times of India. Swati is also an Ambassador for the FIT India movement launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Swati is also on the panel for various health organizations like United Nations (UNFPA) and was also a jury member for COVID health care awards organized by Jagran New Media. Right from a young age, Swati has always been fascinated with food and nutrition. From being intrigued by glossy healthy-eating books, as a kindergartner to delivering sermons on biochemistry and nutrition, to her classmates as a grade-schooler, Swati believes that she always had it in her to be a dietitian. She even quit medical school, to pursue her love for Dietetics and Nutrition! Her passion turned into a full-time profession when she secured the highest marks in Biochemistry at grad school. Encouraged by her mother, she went on to pursue several reputed International degrees and courses to help her understand the most wonderful mechanism of all, “The Human Body and the Fuel that drives it.” Through her Diet X podcast, Swati wants to encourage a stronger and healthy community by providing scientific and evidence-based information. She believes in the Prevention model of health care and encourages simple and healthy lifestyle choices.
