EP35: Scott talks with Kathryn Jones, CEO of the Laura Ferguson Brain Injury Trust in Christchurch,
EP35: It was such a pleasure to spend time with Kathryn doing this episode as we're ex-colleagues from Healthcare NZ days and have remained good friends ever since. Kathryn is an extraordinary health sector leader with high levels of empathy for her clients, staff and stakeholders whilst also knowing how to operate a successful business, which is no easy feat in the tough NGO sector. Kathryn's strategic strength coupled with her tactical nous has taken the Trust through a recent rebranding to position for the future and a complete implementation of a new software system that was achieved on-time and within budget.
You'll enjoy this episode as Kathryn's understated style comes through during the interview but there is no mistaking her ability and eye for an opportunity has taken her organisation from a small local care provider to a leading, and growing, provincial and South Island healthcare organisation. You can find out more about the Laura Ferguson Brain Injury Trust from their website at http://lftcant.co.nz/.
