It's Episode 62! I’ve had a bit of a strange week and this is not what I planned for this Episode! However, I’m afraid it’s going to be E for Ending. For Now at least. I was just going to disappear but then I thought I should at least let you know what’s happening. So this is a very short check in to say thank you for your support and I hope to be back in a few weeks time.

COVID-19 has changed things for a lot of us – and If there ever was a time to get in the habit of journaling, it was these last few months, both from a history point of view - detailing the strange events of lockdown, to tracking our own thoughts and feelings.
