This Episode of the Directory of a Dream Life 50+ is the first of my episodes to be transmitted amidst CORONAVIRUS.
I mentioned it in passing last week, as we were just becoming aware of the potential severity of the situation here in the UK.
However, in just the past week, all future public work and events have been postponed or cancelled, affecting business as well as personal plans. Schools are now closed, along with bars, restaurants, cafes and gyms until further notice and there has been absolute panic in Britain's supermarkets as people stockpile quite unnecessarily, as we are assured that there is plenty to go around.
Crazy times already, and we have no idea what is in store for us.
In this Episode I try to come to terms with my situation and ponder about the possible threat to our mental health.
To ensure that we use, rather than abuse this time we've now got on our hands, I offer some ideas.
