Cecilia Ramlau-Hansen: ”Jeg kan ikke forestille mig et andet sted end her ved universitetet, hvor jeg vil passe bedre ind”
I tredje afsnit af #DiversityAU-podcast fortæller Cecilia Ramlau-Hansen om sin forskerkarriere og om sin rejse fra bioanalytiker til professor på Aarhus Universitet. Hendes samtale med journalist Nynne Bjerre Christensen kommer blandt andet ind på konkurrencen i den akademiske verden – og muligheden for et alternativ til de nuværende parametre for at måle kvalitet i forskning. Ramlau-Hansen fremhæver den betydning mentorer og vejledere har haft for hendes karriereforløb. En betydning hun nu selv forsøger at have for de unge forskere, hun vejleder på instituttet. Samtalen kommer desuden ind på vigtigheden af udlandsophold og forskningsfinansiering.
