【商業分析工具:User Story】看懂故事背後的故事,你會發現不一樣的世界。 50 4

在商業分析的過程中,不論是要做產品規劃或市場調查,其中一項絕對避免不了的工具就是客戶訪談。

在看過、經歷過也指導過的無數次的訪談經驗中,我看到各種奇怪的現象。

那就是在大部分情況下,客戶永遠不會講出你想知道的事,但你想知道的事都藏在各種閒聊和話家常之中。

那,這該怎麼辦?這種時候,通常都是由業務、市場調查人員,甚至由產品經理從客戶或消費者的各種訪談紀錄裡,挖掘各式各樣的「重點」,然後嘗試拼湊出他們真正想要的東西,在產品規劃、管理與分析領域當中,稱這樣的「重點集合」叫做使用者故事(User Story)。

但,很無奈的是,這種拼湊出來的使用者故事(User Story),往往帶有訪談人員自身的濃厚個人色彩,因而呈現出來的規劃和結論,其實多半都只是滿足訪談人員的個人期待而已,大部分都並非客戶的真實期待。

那麼,有沒有什麼工具或技能,可以把真正的 User Story 完整呈現,並盡力消除個人色彩呢?在消除個人色彩之後,又能以什麼樣的方式,讓我們了解客戶真正想要的是什麼呢?

當然有的,但並不是新的技巧,而只是調整 User Story 的使用和解讀方法之後,馬上就可以看到客戶或消費者想要的是什麼。
