Claude is a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge which followed his MA in Natural Science (Biochemistry) from the same University.

Claude developed his succesful career working with industry leaders such as Unilever and working with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) to increase investment in life science based R&D in the UK before joining Hatch Blue in various leadership roles before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer in one of Hatch Blue's portfolio organisations - Kuehnle AgroSystems Inc.
