Infact Shawcross could not ignore his strong compulsions to abuse, torture & kill as he begins to hunt & target a new type of victim. Tragically after more & more bodies of local sex workers are discovered in & close to the Genesee River police in Rochester, New York have no doubt that they have an active serial killer on the loose.
