In conversation with Cece Wyldeck, Head of Creative Development at MassiveMusic, Amsterdam. In this episode, we discuss the B.S. that's often associated with the advertising industry. From over-inflated egos and bravado; we unpack a fresh perspective on how to deal with this attitude. Also, how to turn negativity into bolder work that will define this era as the 'Golden Age of Creativity'
