We recently partnered up with nEbO (junior membership arm of NTUC Club) to organise “Letter to your Younger Self”, an event where we wanted to invite active agers to share their life and career journeys with youths. We had our first session earlier today where Caroline took the time to share her experiences with us. There were many takeaways from the evening, here’re a few. - Opportunities only present themselves to people who have put in the hard work. - Personal characteristics such as integrity are important and one should carry them throughout their life moments. - Continuous learning is critical to survive and advance in uncertain times. - Life is bigger than just work. Find joy in little things in your life, happiness is abound in even the most simple things. Huge thanks to Rachel, Melissa and Gigi from nEbO for supporting us and helping to turn this event into a reality. We will be back with another live session and speaker in July. Stay tuned!
