Congrats on making it to day 2! Today we are talking about releasing what no longer serves you! A reminder that the law of mirrors also works for positive things as well. When you think "Wow she is so smart" its because you believe you are so smart too.
- Journal on your limiting beliefs
- Do the benefits and consequences exercise (What benefits do I have for still believing in this belief? What are the consequences I have for still believing this belief?)
- How would it feel to release these beliefs?
- Do a release strategy that works for you (ideas below)
- Use the complete opposite of your limiting beliefs as your new affirmations
