Every year the world comes together for a prayer service to mark World Day of Prayer which is held on the 6th of March.

Every year there is a theme which focuses on a particular country. This year the focus is on Zimbabwe under the theme: ‘Rise! Take your mat and walk’.

Dr Elizabeth Burroughs is World Day Of Prayer National Committee Chairperson For England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
