Today, we have two incredible guests for you: Amanda Barton, Associate and Project Designer at HKS, and our very own, Tiffany Montañez, Associate at SB Architects.
Focused on pushing themselves and others to be active participants in creating a more equitable profession, both Amanda and Tiffany hold numerous roles outside of their day job.
Amanda is President of AIA Miami, Co-Chair of the AIA Miami Christopher Kelley Leadership and Development Program, and a member of the AIA Florida Resilience Committee.
Tiffany is Secretary at So Flo NOMA; Co-Chair of the AIA Miami Diversity & Inclusion Committee; and Co-Chair of South Florida Project Pipeline.
Both women have already made an incredible impact on the sector, so this should make for an exciting discussion!
