The inaugural Episode of Dying a Detroit Lions Fan! My name is Rick Yaklin and with the Corona Virus Pandemic frenzy facing America and the State of Michigan having a Stay at Home Order becoming a reality, I have decided to make use of this opportunity to create a Podcast that will keep me engaged as well as giving me something to do while the Sports World has basically been shut down.

I am a life long Detroit Lions Fan and sometimes critic of this pathetic franchise and this platform allow me to give my take, likes, concerns, and yes, sometimes rants that the franchise drives me to drink and wanting to pull my hair out. I Love Football and have played the sport throughout my school years and have formed opinions about the sport, the NFL, local college teams, and of course the lowly Detroit Lions that I would like to share and drive conversations regarding the status of each going forward.

I would enjoy having guests join me in producing podcasts from time to time, allowing for more discussion and a possible difference of opinions giving us a debate type of platform and show. More information will follow on that and if anyone is local to the Flint, MI area and would like to join me on a podcast, I encourage you to contact me and let's discuss the possibilities for a future podcast with you as a guest.
