In life we all have to make decision on how we live our life.  When you become a Parent there comes a time; when a father or mother has to make a Big decision on how they are going to parent. WE have to decide just how involved we are going to be especially when you have career . One must choose between providing for our ids and how much time we spend with your kids. This episode is about how one an decided that he would  rather spend more time with his kids. Then pursue the career which would provide for his family ;but would not allow him to see them grow during some of the most important stages of their  life's.
