
Everyone experiences stress! The key is not letting it run in the "background" all the time...it's not good for you...like, at all. Stress is linked with the 6 leading causes of death in the US. That fact alone should prompt you to reassess your tools and resources for managing stress. In this episode, we hope you'll learn why we get stressed (hint: it's just your body doing what bodies do) and what you can do.
