This week’s episode is inspired by the street art we discovered around the city of Lille — especially the ingenious reworking of everyday road signs into imaginative, fantasy-like scenes. One image in particular stayed with me: a high-flying circus act soaring overhead, full of movement and playful energy. That sense of creativity and elevation set the tone for this musical journey. I’ve curated a broad range of sounds this week, a gentle departure from the usual proceedings — hope you enjoy the ride. Tracklist Erykah Badu – Window Seat Stimulator Jones – Arrive Jembaa Groove – Namo DJ Day – Boots In The Pool Dave Okumu – My Negritude (feat. The 7 Generations & Anthony Joseph) Jimi Tenor – Quantum Connection Kahil El’Zabar – He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands (Henrik Schwarz Remix) T-Polar – Crossroads (Rafael Moraes Remix) Reel People, Muhsinah & Mark Francis – Something New (Mark Francis Extended Edit) Goodman, Sarah Lois – Something I Can't Do (Extended Mix) Soulfreakah, Dav Risen – Only God (Main Mix) Angel Pina – All Right Mr. Eclectic, Ndinga Gaba, Unqle Chriz – Tell ’em (How You Feel) (Original Mix) Flip – Sensei Sheree Hicks, Masaki Morii – Addicted (Masaki Morii Vocal Mix) Beat Rivals, Tasha LaRae – Catch A Flight (Original Mix) Jeff Bennett – The Riddle (Solomon Remix) www.djrobbieduncan.com/elecsoul/flying

REFLECTIONS
ELECSOUL #250 – REFLECTIONS (120 - 128 House and Techno) 80s - 90s + Extras A look back at music that shaped my early years behind the decks. These aren’t obscure cuts, but tracks filled with atmosphere and personal emotion — the kind of tunes that bring joy, reflection, and timeless dance floor memories. Along the way, I’ve included one or two contemporary tracks to keep the flow shifting and interesting, just as it would be in my ideal club. I’m sure you’ll recognise the time and place you first heard many of these too. Tracklist:
Al Dobson Jr – Live At Makeover.
Aphrodisiac – Your Love.
Detroit Swindle, Mayer Hawthorne – 64 Ways
A. Greenman – Discoethique
. Arnold Jarvis – Take Some Time Out
. FCL, San Soda – It’s You.
Dionne – Come Get My Lovin
. Logic – The Warning.
Gerome Sportelli – Some Acid.
Joyce Muniz, Bam – Back In The Days
. LFO – LFO.
Adonis – No Way Back.
Deep’a & Biri, Gene, Argy – Redshift
.Alton Miller – Movin Shadow.
Ajukaja – Stranger. Listen now on Apple Podcasts & SoundCloud DJ bookings www.djrobbieduncan.com
