Have you ever thought you were eating healthy and doing your best — but still found yourself bingeing later in the day and wondering why you just can’t seem to figure it out? You’re not alone. In today’s episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on what might actually be going on… because sometimes what we think is “healthy” may just secretly be another form of restriction in disguise.
