From Pain to Transformation: LizBeth de Sá on Healing Through Internal Family Systems

Born in England to Indian parents navigating poverty and racism, LizBeth’s childhood was marked by both struggle and the seeds of resilience. Her love of learning carried her to Oxford, into a teaching career across four countries, and later through the challenges of divorce and loss.
It was in her deepest emotional pain that LizBeth discovered IFS therapy, a model that integrates meditation, self-awareness, and trauma healing. Now, as a practitioner and conflict mediator, she helps clients transform childhood wounds into portals for growth, joy, and wholeness.
