For 20 years in the Navy, Tina carried the heavy responsibility of delivering news of sudden loss to military families. Nothing, however, could prepare her for when tragedy struck her own family. On March 14, 2003, Tina’s six-year-old niece passed away suddenly and unexpectedly while sitting beside her mother. Perfectly healthy and without warning, her death left Tina, her family, and the world watching in shock as the story spread across national news.

Out of this life-altering grief came Tina’s powerful book, The Lightworker’s Guide to Healing Grief. In it, she shares not only her personal journey but also the universal truth that everyone is grieving something. Tina’s mission is to help the living cope with loss by embracing the eternal truth that love lives forever.
