Why? Because as AI starts to replace long and tedious tasks that required a human we can then focus on improving the human interactions that must take place. The demand in EQ will increase by 6 times over the next few years. Crucial for our social ability with friends and family as well as in the workplace with our colleagues and customers. So our people skills are no longer a nice to have they are a must-have skill.
