I hope by sharing my story it encourages others to open up about how they’ve been feeling. It’s certainly not easy but no one should be ashamed or afraid to talk about what they’re going through. I look forward to sharing skills that I’ve found helpful and little tips and tricks I’ve learnt along the way. If you are really struggling I would recommend getting professional help as I am only sharing things that I have learnt from getting help myself.
