El proyecto Nobel es una fusión de gastronomía, poesía y cultura, inspirado en la vida y obra de Pablo Neruda.
La iniciativa busca rescatar la dimensión sensorial y culinaria del poeta, ofreciendo una experiencia única a los comensales. La propuesta incluye platos temáticos que reflejan la vida y los viajes de Neruda, así como una innovadora combinación de tecnología y tradición culinaria.
Pero, a la vez, este proyecto liderado por el ex NotCo, Pablo Zamora y su esposa, Paulina Montecinos, afronta el desafío en modo startup, insertando tecnología de punta en el negocio y buscar escalar a otras ciudades dentro y fuera de Chile (a nivel global) en poco tiempo.

The proposal includes themed dishes that reflect Neruda's life and travels, as well as an innovative combination of technology and culinary tradition.
At the same time, this project, led by former NotCo member Pablo Zamora and his wife, Paulina Montecinos, faces the challenge of operating as a startup. They are incorporating cutting-edge technology into the business and aiming to expand to other cities within and outside of Chile (globally) in a short period of time.
