EWJ 003: Feeling Motivated, but Demoralized at the Same Time
Fisayo and Jeff share the weekly progress that they’ve been making in their business.
Jeff talks about how he’s been losing sleep on editing a recent podcast for Dating UpDate. He recorded the latest episode on the way to Brendon Burchard’s Influencer 2019 event.
It’s a great podcast where he talks with his friend Tony who’s a men’s life coach. It covers his previous sexual shame and more details of his mental breakdown in Hollywood.
And the podcast can now be found on most platforms like Spotify, Pandora, TuneIn, Castbox, and all other platforms where it wasn't available. Plus, it’s been edited to a level he finally feels comfortable sharing with people he actually knows.
Fisayo talks about a step she’s been avoiding doing for her business by procrastinating and getting trapped in the research wormhole. She elaborates how she’s working on just getting an M.V.P. done for her business (minimum viable product) and to not allow perfect keep her from taking action.
She feels demoralized from the lack of graphic design skills because she wants to present her brand in the same way other big brands show up.
But because of the limitations in her graphic design skills, she’s close but isn’t to the point where she’s proud of it because it could be so much better.
Jeff received feedback from students in their dating coaching program, and the goal is to create new enhancements based on the biggest struggles students are facing.
Fisayo is going to make version 2 of her sales sheet and create a brochure to be able to outreach to stores to sell her brand and merchandise.
