Dans ce nouvel épisode, on a rendu hommage à Save Market, une startup ambitieuse qui rachetait les parcs informatiques des entreprises pour leur donner une seconde vie. Un projet porté avec cœur par Yoann, accompagné de son associé Gary, et soutenu à ses débuts par Daphni.
Lancée en 2019, rentable dès le départ, Save Market a connu une accélération fulgurante… jusqu'à ce que la complexité des flux, la gestion des stocks et la qualité décroissante des produits repris mettent à mal la viabilité du modèle. Une leçon forte sur l’importance des opérations, du cashflow et d’un pilotage rigoureux.

- S’entourer dès le départ de profils ultra complémentaires
- Ne pas sous-estimer l’opérationnel, surtout dans une industrie logistique
- Prendre de la hauteur régulièrement pour garder la vision
