All we do in the Kingdom of God is to come from love not a works paradigm. We are the Mary before we are the Martha. Not just for serving in church, but even in prayer! Often we are more hungry for God than we realise we just don’t realise how hungry we are because we are satisfying ourselves on temporary things – the sugar fixes of life, the lesser loves, that may satisfy us for a moment but don't ultimately satisfy the hunger of our souls. Only Jesus can do that.
