Hello and welcome back beauty! In episode 45 I discuss the aftermath of a twisting and turning quantum leap. It's not all roses and sunshines, facts. I get into my experience of holding things steady while existing in more than one timeline at once. I discuss the inevitable BOOM that happened after all was said and done...and get into why embodiment work is so important. It is *the* work if you ask me. You can do all of the shadow work, mindset work, meditations you want but if you're not actually embodying your bod, things will be experienced as even more fleeting than life even is to begin with.
