
Hey loves, welcome back to the show. In episode 42 I discuss the power of practicing gratitude with our multi-dimensional selves.
Rather than be salty for dumbass decisions we may have made in the past…can we instead show love and admiration for all the choices our past selves made to get us to where we are today?
For example, in my own life there’s some key decisions I made that were terrible. It honestly makes me cringe to think about the times when I put myself last, or went against my intuition.
These choices had dire consequences. Can you relate?
The thing is… I can live a life of regret and hold animosity towards my younger self’s choices, or…
I can feel immense gratitude for the decisions she made that I am so proud of: yay sobriety. Yay yoga teacher training. Yay to all of my creations! Yay to living unhealthy relationships. Yay. Yay fucking yay!

What would you do if you knew you were able to essentially time travel to different versions of yourself and show them love? Past, future, or both?
And not just send them love but embody that frequency of quantum gratitude in the present through a lil’ ole technique I developed that I like to call QSA (quantum somatic activation).
