As we transition into Season 2 I'm sharing some previous podcasts I've done on other popular fitness shows. This episode is from High Intensity Business with Lawrence Neal.
In this episode we talk specifically about how to build and tailor the best workouts for your clients in a studio space. This is based on my extensive experience in in studio training. I previously worked at one of the busiest high intensity training gyms in the world. During my time there I delivered over 20,000 1-on-1 and small group training sessions.
I hope you enjoy this throw back, and I look forward to seeing everyone in season 2 early in 2026.
I'm hoping to finish my new book in the next few months, with the same title as this podcast. In the interim if you love the show and want to support, I'd appreciate you picking up a copy of my first book "How 2 Look Good Naked".
If you've ever thought about adding to your own home gym, there's a brand I'm a huge fan of that I couldn't recommend more highly. Temple of Gainz is a California based company that's making waves in the home gym space with some of the best products on the market.
They recently launched one of the most exciting designs on kick starter, the "QuadSend", which Dave and I discuss a little bit in this episode as well. It's currently on pre-order on Kickstarter and has already raised of $500,000!!!! This leg piece is unlike any other on the market. If you're looking for something built like a tank that will last FOREVER, this is the leg machine you've been waiting for!
Their thoughtful designs inspired by great machines of the past are constantly being innovated and improved. Their customer service is top notch and they have some of the most competitive prices in the space with their direct to consumer shipping (which is free if you spend more than $1500). Whether you own a small studio or want to create the ultimate home gym, you should give Temple of Gainz a try!
