In this episode of Failure to Success, I have written and narrated a story about a small girl, this tells us that children are innocent, they have a clear thinking and they express what they feel. There emotions need to be heard, if we do not come down to their level and connect with them we cannot understand what their feelings are. Sometimes as a parents we give them our beliefs and prejudices which we received from our upbringing. This story also touches upon a very important aspect of parenting that children dont do what we ask them, they do what parents do through role modelling.
