FairFin Plastic Podcast #1: Plastic, polluting from A till Z

In the first episode of FairFin Plastic Podcast we discuss the plastic industry and the issues associated with it. Because plastic is much more than just a waste management problem: the whole life cycle of plastic is polluting from A till Z. That’s why Amadeo Ghiotto (FairFin) interviews Delphine Lévi Alvarès (Break Free From Plastic). She's a plastic expert and will tell us more about the life cycle of plastic and its risks for the environment, the climate and our health.

In this FairFin plastic podcast we delve deeper into the research we did on the financing of plastic production. Because in order to stop the plastic flood, we need to take a look at the companies that make plastic and the banks that finance them.

Via our website www.fairfin.be Belgian citizens can send complaints to their banks. Help us put pressure on them and send a complaint to your bank.

Want to know more? Read the report ‘Who finances the plastic flood?’.

FairFin is a Belgian NGO working on a more sustainable and social financial system. www.fairfin.be.
