The Fast Lane with Sara Jayne podcast is for all women managing the hectic pace of life and our mission is to share stories, ideas, and life lessons that can help add a little humor, motivation, and support to your busy schedule. We will discuss lifestyle, health, ways to improve organization, and efficiencies while encouraging you to get uncomfortable and challenge yourself to learn and grow. Sara Jayne Klein is a chiropractor passionate about health, wellness, and being an empathetic motivator for busy moms. While striving to be a better parent, spouse, friend, boss, co-worker, and overall human, it is critical to appreciate all that you do and take credit for the many contributions you make. I wanted to start this journey, to share insight but more importantly create a community, where all women feel welcome and comfortable sharing and hearing stories about others who are striving to manage all of life’s responsibilities.
