Record cup runs, raucous Rodney Parade and ridiculous red cards

For the first time in history, three Welsh clubs have reached the fourth round of the EFL Cup in the same season - cementing some encouraging and improving early-season form for Cardiff City, Swansea City and Wrexham.

There's not much to shout about at Newport County, though. Sam's Gillingham record-breaking side were the latest to increase the pressure on manager Dave Hughes, but at least the Rodney Parade faithful made their presence felt on the away dugout.

Iwan recalls having to play with a retired goalkeeper in an FA Cup semi-final, and Carl confesses to shameful red cards in his parks football days.
