Feast the Halls is back for another year of Christmas movie fun! And this season, we’re adding a new twist by pairing each episode with one of the themes of Advent. For Week One, we’re starting with Hope—and there’s no better film to kick things off than The Polar Express.

On Christmas Eve, a young boy who has begun to doubt the magic of the holiday is awakened by the thunder of a mysterious train stopping outside his house. The conductor invites him aboard The Polar Express, a train filled with children on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to the North Pole. As they travel through icy landscapes and whimsical wonders, the boy encounters new friends, unexpected challenges, and moments that quietly test what he believes.

The adventure becomes more than just a trip—it’s an invitation to rediscover hope, courage, and the possibility that the magic of Christmas might be real after all.
