I am so excited to welcome Beth Bowen to the podcast this week.
Beth Bowen is a therapist by trade, now helping sober-curious and alcohol-free women through group and private coaching. Beth is also founder of Sober Stories, a multimedia platform dedicated to transformation through really great storytelling. With four years of sobriety from alcohol, Beth's mission is to broaden our understanding of Alcohol Use Disorder and end the women's health crisis that is alcohol use. She lives outside of Austin, TX, with her husband and two boys, and you can usually find her drinking a Topo Chico.
Beth is raw and honest about her journey to an alcohol free lifestyle and how she now uses that to help other women do the same.
