This conversation is pure soul medicine.
Raven Rae, recording artist, performer, and author of Butterfly Language joins me to talk about music, healing, and the courage it takes to become who you really are.
We explore how pain can become poetry, how sound can carry truth, and how self-love is not a destination but a daily practice of remembrance.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re still somewhere between who you were and who you’re becoming, this episode will feel like a deep exhale.
