Eric Maisel is a writer of more than 50 books and he is a creativity coach, helping people with their writing, creativity and to publish their books.
I discovered him through the event on creativity by the writer Jacob Nordby a couple of years ago where he did a workshop, and afterwards I bought one of his books called “Coach the artist within” which I find very fascinating and important.
Being a writer and creative person myself, I’ve noticed how important it is to do certain things to stay in the creative flow.
In this episode we talk about how to coach the artist within, what is preventing us from staying on the creative path, how we can train our minds to stay focused, and how to maintain a creative life.
