When Clarissa found herself in a high-stress toxic work environment with lots of responsibility and little support, she found herself in the trenches of burnout, affecting her health and causing her to have to quit her job to recover. 

If you’ve ever experienced burnout, you’ll know how absolutely horrible it can be. If you haven’t experienced it, it’s so important to know the signs to look for because prevention is key. 

In this episode of the Finally Thriving podcast, we cover what burnout is, signs to look out for, how to prevent it, and how to bounce back from it. 

Now a coach, Clarissa Hirst (Riss) is helping others by using both neuroscience-backed tools and her own lived experience to help people prevent and navigate their way out of burnout.
