If you’ve ever hit your own rock bottom, it can be so hard to know how to find a way out. 

In this episode of the Finally thriving podcast, Angie Hawkins, who shares her powerful story of reaching rock bottom and coming out better than ever. 

When a series of unfortunate events happened, Angie tried to take her own life. But going inwards and working on herself saved her life. 

Today, Angie is based in Hawaii and is an inner glow coach and author, specialising in helping women who have lost themselves in people-pleasing and self-criticism to rebuild their self-worth, set boundaries, trust their intuition and increase their confidence. 

She is the author of Running in Slippers, which is a memoir about finding resilience after rock bottom.
